How much space does a runner need from the hallway edge?

The amount of space on either side of the runner to the edge of the hallway is up to you. A rule of thumb is around 10cm to 13cm on either side of the hallway runner rug can be a guide or a starting reference point.

How long should a runner be in a hallway?

We have three main hallway runner sizes to choose from. Our maximum length is 5m, we also have a 4m runner rug & a 3m runner rug. Use a measuring tape & masking tape to mark out the space to help determine how long your hallway runner should be for your space. Some people opt for multiple runners in a hallway & can use different-sized runners in a hallway.
