Purchased 400cm x 300cm rug thru LostDesign. Having Afterpay available was a big plus. Price included delivery to the door and the driver didn’t hesitate when I asked for it to be placed inside the loungeroom. The sizing is spot on, quality excellent and the aftersales support was exceptional and prompt Will definitely purchase all our rugs, as needing another 6 throughout the house, from LostDesign
Initially rug arrived in good time - seems courier company lets this company down. Inconsistent or no tracking. The underlay was forgotten and we had to chase several times to get this delivered. The rug wasn't able to be used for an open home due to the delay. Quality of rug is as per price point, but rug colors do slightly differ from online images.
The rug I bought was a great price and I’m really happy. The delivery was fast, and the rug colours are exactly as they were shown, the quality is great. Will definitely buy more rugs in the near future.
