Power-loomed in Turkey on a 4 mm pile to give it that thin and authentic traditional look.
This rug has an oxidisation manufacturing method, which means that the design of the pile has been manufactured to have parts of the rug's pile exhibit a sunken pile effect that adds to the uniqueness of this rug.
Soft heat-set polypropylene is loomed onto a cotton foundation, then cut away to reveal a low pile of chenille in a contrasting colour.

This rug has a transitional & abrash design that is asymmetrical in colour & pattern.
The abrash inspired design of this rug includes darker to lighter colour transitions, colour fading, colour striations & a colour distressing effect.
Abrash is a term used to describe colour variations that can occur naturally over time in a rug that has been woven from different lots of small dye batches.
