The Estate Salmon Transitional Rug portrays an Aztec inspired hexagonal central medallion with a border consisting of geometric and ornamental patterns in bright orange, red and dark tones.

This rug has a transitional & abrash design that is asymmetrical in colour & pattern.
The abrash inspired design of this rug includes darker to lighter colour transitions, colour fading, colour striations & a colour distressing effect.
Abrash is a term used to describe colour variations that can occur naturally over time in a rug that has been woven from different lots of small dye batches.

Delivery was a bit of an issue—the driver left it at a neighbouring apartment building despite it being signature required. Lost Design Society customer service didn’t seem to want to help, they just directed me to contact the delivery company which I thought was a poor response given that they contract the company to deliver on their behalf. Luckily I was contacted by the person who it was delivered to.
The customer service was disappointing and has put me off purchasing from LDS in future—the rug is great but they’re available elsewhere for similar cost.
Really love the rug. Looks the same as shown in the picture. Works well with natural toned furniture at my living room. Quick delivery. Easy to clean. Comfortable to sit on.
