This rug has a transitional & abrash design that is asymmetrical in colour & pattern.
The abrash inspired design of this rug includes darker to lighter colour transitions, colour fading, colour striations & a colour distressing effect.
Abrash is a term used to describe colour variations that can occur naturally over time in a rug that has been woven from different lots of small dye batches.
The photos don’t do it justice. My expectations weren’t high due to the price but what a surprise. Great quality, beautiful looking rug! Will be ordering again most definitely.
The beautiful geometric pattern is a lovely addition to any home. The pattern is slightly darker and more pronounced than pictured on the website. However that eased my worries of being able to see stains easily as I have young children. Overall a 10/10 purchase with great communication and updates from the minute I purchased it.
