The Tigris Shafi Blue Bohemian Transitional Rug from our Tigris Collection features a large central medallion with a focus on pattern and design in blue hues on a creamy and grey background.

This rug has a transitional & abrash design that is asymmetrical in colour & pattern.
The abrash inspired design of this rug includes darker to lighter colour transitions, colour fading, colour striations & a colour distressing effect.
Abrash is a term used to describe colour variations that can occur naturally over time in a rug that has been woven from different lots of small dye batches.

The rug looks good but that’s where it ends.
The rug has a very stiff backing and is not suitable for on a carpet or for a coffee table on it. It moves around and the corners continue to curl up , leaving a potential trip hazard. It gets ridges in it when any weight is put on it.
Read the fine print before considering purchase. Terrible rug!!
