Our Chunky Natural Jute Barker Rug from our Barker range is constructed from sustainably harvested jute, which is a fast-growing, renewable natural fibre. The strength of the fibres gives these rugs an added touch of durability.

These rugs are skilfully handmade in India and feature a chunky knit weave in a palette of nature inspired neutrals, navy and a splash of subtle colour.

• Pile Height: Chunky Textured Flat Weave

This is a hand-loomed product. Variances, inconsistencies & sprouts in the weave are natural characteristics of this rug. Colour & size will vary due to the handcrafted nature.

Environmental factors including water, moisture/humidity, sunlight/heat & sea air, can change the appearance of a Jute rug.

This rug is not recommended by Lost Design Society for outdoor areas or any areas exposed to water, moisture or use by pets.

This rug will shed. Shedding is not considered a defect.

Lovely natural jute rug

I bought this for my dining room it looks great :+1::skin-tone-2:

Not happy.

The rug supplied wasa real disappointment. Whilst understanding this is a hand loomed product, I found the amount of faults really negatively affect the appearnce of the rug, it not only looks dirty, it was incredibly dirty, and continues to shed heaps of material, and the number of 'spouts'- which appear to be unfinished ends- is getting worse by the day.
