The rug supplied wasa real disappointment. Whilst understanding this is a hand loomed product, I found the amount of faults really negatively affect the appearnce of the rug, it not only looks dirty, it was incredibly dirty, and continues to shed heaps of material, and the number of 'spouts'- which appear to be unfinished ends- is getting worse by the day.
The Natural Jute Barker Rug looks just perfect in our living room. The quality is excellent and delivery service was prompt.
